Introduction
The Revert Earned Points feature helps you maintain fairness and accuracy in your loyalty program by automatically deducting points when orders are canceled, refunded, or tagged with certain conditions.

Step 1 - Navigate to the Revert Earned Points Feature
Go to Features → Orders inside your dashboard to explore the Revert Earned Points option.

Step 2 - Open the Configuration Page
