Referral Analytics

Here, we will see how you can analyse your referrrals, check all the referrals on your store, and their status.

Analytics



To see a graphical comparison between, Referrals Created and Referrals Completed, go to Referrals Program page and click on Analytics from the side-bar.




You can refer to the Referral Stats below the graph for numerical data where,

Referrals Created - It refers to the number of times the referral process was initiated which is the total number of customers who were referred to the store and generated their referral discount.

Referrals Completed - It refers to the number of times the referral process was completed which is when new customers who were referred to the store, generated their referral discount and placed their first order.

Here you can select a particular time frame or also a create a custom time frame to analyze the referrals. You can also use the side arrow buttons to go back and forth in time based on the selected time frame.

History of Referrals



To see the history of all referrals,

Go to Referrals Program page and click on Referrals from the side-bar.




Here you can find all the referrals, search for a particular referral using the search bar or use the the filter icon to filter out referrals. If you want to know about any referral in more detail, click on the referral, the below page opens




You can find the referral status, referrer customer's name and if the referred customer has made any orders.

Customer Specific Referrals



If you want to see customer specific referrals, go to Loyalty Program page and click on Customers on the side-bar.




Click on the particular customer for whom you would like to check. Scroll below to the Customer History and under Referrals click on View History.




There you can find the list of all referrals made by the customer.
