By following this straightforward setup process, you’ll configure automated reminders that prompt customers to redeem their coins — effortlessly strengthening engagement and loyalty.

Step 1 - Access the Configuration

Ensure customers are reminded to use their rewards before they forget.
How to do it:
• From your Nector Dashboard, navigate to Features → Reminders.
• Find the Unused Wallet Point Reminder feature.
• Click Configure to access its settings.

Step 2 - Enable the Reminder Feature

Turn on the switch to enable the reminder feature.
Once activated, additional configuration options will be available.

Step 3 - View Notification Panel

Step 4 - Review and Set Reminder Timing

Determine how many days after point earning the reminder should be sent.
Days range: Between 1–45 days

Step 5 - Schedule Multiple Reminders

Set up multiple follow-up reminders to enhance customer engagement. For instance, schedule two reminders with a 5-day gap between them.
If the first reminder is sent on Day 1, the next will go out on Day 6.

Step 6 - Define Coin Balance Restrictions

Limit reminders based on a minimum coin balance.
Example: Only trigger reminders for customers holding 300+ coins.
💡 Tip: This ensures that only engaged customers receive reminders, improving open and conversion rates.

Step 7 - Configure Notification Delivery

Define how customers will receive their reminders.
Options include:
• 📧 Email
• 📱 SMS
• ⚙️ Event trigger
• 🔗 Integration (e.g., GoKwik, Klaviyo, WebEngage)

Step 8 - Select and Review Email Notifications

For this example, choose Email as your notification type.
This is ideal for delivering personalized and visually engaging messages.

Step 9 - Design a New Template (Optional)

To create a new design:
• Uncheck the existing template option.
• Click Create New Template.
• Incorporate your brand messaging, visuals, and tone.

Step 10 - Finalize the Template
