Plan & Billing

Click on the top right gear icon in the main dashboard and select Plan from the dropdown or alternatively you can visit the Plan Page on your nector dashboard




Your Plan






Quota & Billing


You can find your current quota for Orders, Emails, Events & Webhooks also the amount of quota you have used up till now for your current month.

It also shows your plan details as

Currently subscribed to: Name of the active plan Ex. Premium
Billing: Price of the active plan. Ex. ($299.00/month)
Overage Charges: It gets activated only if you exhaust your monthly quota. Ex. $5.00 for every additional 100 orders after orders quota is exhausted.
Quota Last Refreshed At: When was the last date of quota refresh. Next quota refresh will happen 30 days after last quota refresh.

Please note you will be notified about quota exhaustion and other alerts from time to time.

Once the quota has exhausted, nector will stop functioning immediately. This might lead to inconsistency in your loyalty and engagement program. Make sure to upgrade your plan before the quota exhausts. All quotas refreshes every 30 days for shopify merchants and 1 month for others.

You can buy one time email quota too by contacting us, by default email quota will be 2X monthly order limit.

Upgrade Plan


Here, you get a visual side-by-side comparison of our offered plans. You can switch plans seamlessly.

To switch the plan, click on Switch button under the appropriate column and wait for 1 minute after approving the plan.

Invoice & Billing


If you have installed our Shopify App, your billing and invoicing will be handled by the Shopify directly. Otherwise, Click on the Manage Billing button as shown below to access your invoices, add credit card, billing address etc.
