How to generate a discount for a customer from the dashboard?
In this article, we'll walk you through generating a discount for a customer directly from the Nector dashboard by using their coins. This will be helpful in case a customer reaches out to you asking for a discount using their loyalty points. Follow these steps to create a personalized discount for your customers.
Go to Nector dashboard. Click on the Loyalty Program and then from the side-bar select the Customers option.
Search for your preferred customer using their email or mobile number.
Click on the selected customer to view further details. Under Overview, look for the Spend Coins button and click on it.
In the popup that opens, click on the Offer dropdown to select an offer of your choice. The offers need to have been created before hand, only then it will be available in list of offers in the dropdown menu.

In How many coins to spent enter the number of coins the customer should spend on redeeming the offer selected above.
Click on Submit button to save it and generate the desired discount. It will be visible like this
