Customizing the Rewards Page
To customize the content and appearance of your rewards page, you can follow this article.
Visit the Rewards Page under On-Site Displays inside the Loyalty Program.
If you have not added the Rewards Page, refer to this article: Add Rewards Page on Shopify
A banner is shown on at the very top of the rewards page. In the absence of a banner, a light grey color is used as the background.
To add or change the banner shown on the rewards page, Switch to the Banner & Text tab on this page. And scroll to the Banner & Text section. Here, you can upload the banner images for desktop and mobile screens as well.
Desktop Banner Dimensions: 1920 x 450px
Mobile Banner Dimensions: 575 x 480px
To hide the title, description and buttons shown on the banner image, scroll to the Banner & Text section. And enable the check for Hide Overlay and Buttons.
To hide the title, description and buttons shown on the banner image, scroll to the Banner & Text section. And enable the check for Hide Referral Section.
Once you make any changes, scroll to the top or bottom of the page and click on the Save button.
On top of the banner, there is some text along with some CTA buttons that is shown. The text and buttons change based on whether the customer is logged in or not. If the customer is not logged in, the text usually shows a welcome message, and the buttons redirect to either to signup or the login page of the website. If the customer is logged in, the text shows changes and the buttons takes the customer to the Ways to earn and Ways to redeem sections of the rewards page.
To change this, inside the Banner & Text tab, under the Banner & Text section and scroll down further to find the Logged Out Config sub-section.
Here, you can change the title, description and the text of the two CTA buttons.

Once you make any changes, scroll to the top or bottom of the page and click on the Save button.
The explainer section is shown right below the banner when the customer is not logged in.
To change this, switch to the Explainer tab. Here, you change the title, description and the content of the three sections shown in the explainer section.
Once you make any changes, scroll to the top or bottom of the page and click on the Save button.
The VIP Program section is shown only if the tier based rewarding is enabled and the various tiers are setup. The content of this section is automatically generated based on the tier based rewards settings, and cannot be customized at the moment.
The ways to earn and ways to redeem section are shown after the explainer section.
To change the title and description of these sections, switch to the Ways to Earn & Redeem tab.
Once you make any changes, scroll to the top or bottom of the page and click on the Save button.
The referral and FAQs section is shown in the very end of the rewards page.
Content of the referral section is taken from the referral page settings, please refer to this article for customizing the referral content.

To change this, switch to the Explainer tab. Here, you change the title, description and the content of the three sections shown in the explainer section.

VIP Program
The VIP Program section is shown only if the tier based rewarding is enabled and the various tiers are setup. The content of this section is automatically generated based on the tier based rewards settings, and cannot be customized at the moment.
Ways to Earn & Redeem
The ways to earn and ways to redeem section are shown after the explainer section.
To change the title and description of these sections, switch to the Ways to Earn & Redeem tab.
Once you make any changes, scroll to the top or bottom of the page and click on the Save button.
Referrals & FAQs
The referral and FAQs section is shown in the very end of the rewards page.
Content of the referral section is taken from the referral page settings, please refer to this article for customizing the referral content.
