Appmaker Integration
In this article we will show you how to set up the Appmaker Integration on your Nector dashboard.
In this section, we will guide you through the process of installing the Appmaker application in your Shopify store. This includes accessing the Shopify App Store, locating the Appmaker app, and completing the installation.
Go to your Shopify admin page. Click on Apps in the side-bar and then search for Appmaker. From the dropdown click on the "Search Appmaker in Shopify App Store"
Click on the Appmaker.xyz app.
Click on Install button and then finish the installation process.
Next, we will show you how to install the Nector extension within the Appmaker app. This step is essential to integrate Nector's features with your Appmaker setup.
Go to your Shopify admin page. Click on Apps in the side-bar and then search for Appmaker. Click on it and open the Appmaker extension
Click on the Extensions in the side-bar. Then click on the Explore Extensions button in the top right. Search for Nector and click on it.
Click on Install and Activate button and finish the installation process.
In this part, we will walk you through the process of connecting Nector with Appmaker by using an API key. This connection allows both platforms to synchronize data effectively.
Go to your Shopify admin page. Click on Apps in the side-bar and then search for Appmaker. Click on it and open the Appmaker extension
Click on the Extensions in the side-bar. Click on the Nector: Loyalty & Rewards extension. We need to get the API key to connect it.
Go to your Nector dashboard, click on the "Settings" icon and from the drop-down menu click on the API Keys
You can copy any Read Only Access key and use it for connecting it to Appmaker.
Go back to your Appmaker extension page and paste your API key and click on Save Changes
You have successfully connected.
Finally, we will guide you on how to set up different pages on your app through Appmaker, such as the Rewards and Referrals pages. This setup will help you utilize Nector's features within your app.
Go to your Shopify admin page. Click on Apps in the side-bar and then search for Appmaker. Click on it and open the Appmaker extension
From the side-bar click on the App Menu option
Click on Add Menu Item and enter the name of the Item. From the right side, click on the dropdown menu under Choose an action
As we have created a menu item for Rewards page, look for the option Open reward page(Nector) and click on it. In this way we have mapped Rewards to open into the Rewards page in the app.
Similarly we can again click on Add Menu Item and make an item for Referrals and map it to the Open referral page(Nector) option
If you don't see the Nector actions, please contact the Appmaker team to enable them for your account
Finally click on Save Changes to save the changes.
You can also add a Reviews Page and a Rewards Widget through Appmaker.
The Rewards page will be visible like shown below.
Installing Appmaker in your Shopify store
