All features of Contlo
To setup Contlo integration, refer to this article: https://help.nector.io/en/article/contlo-integration
If you've successfully completed the setup for Contlo and Nector integration, this article will guide you through the process of sending Events to Contlo in details. In the context of the loyalty program, Events represent various activities related to the user from Nector. These include fundamental activities such as a new user signing up, coin expiry notification or the granting of reward coins in the wallet, to name a few. You can then setup automations on Contlo, which can be triggered when the event occurs on Nector.
For example, when a customer is rewarded with wallet coins, an event can be sent to Contlo, which in turn will trigger an automation that sends an email to the customer.
Before we start explaining the Contlo features, we first need to create an Event which can be send to it.
Visit the Events Page on your nector dashboard
As the first step enable the events by toggling the status button on that page. After enabling you will see the below view.
Now switch to the Send Events tab and click on the Create button, a popup will open
Now select the event on which you want to notify the external integration, also select Contlo as the external integration that needs to be notified, and add any filters based on which event sending should be restricted(optional)
There are many events supported on nector. If you don't know which to choose, here are the two events that are most relevant and commonly used:
Wallet Coins Rewarded: This event will be sent whenever wallet coins are rewarded on Nector.
Coupon Is Created: This event will be sent whenever a customer uses his wallet coins to get a discount/coupon code on Nector.
For example,
To send an Wallet Reward Event to an Contlo whenever wallet coins are rewarded to a customer on Nector, you would create the event as shown below.
Once you have entered all the details, click on the Create button in the popup.
Please refer to this article if you want to learn more about managing events: https://nector.crisp.help/en/article/events

Define the initial condition if you want it based on "What someone has done/not done" or "Properties about someone", we will proceed with the latter here.
From the first drop down choose the necessary filter, you can find the Nector related filters with the prefix "Nector:" , in this example we are taking into condition the number of coins user has in his balance
Finally set the limit for the conditions. You can also combine conditions with the help of AND and OR.
Look at the below image for the example,
Click on Create Segment and then you can find your newly created segments under the Live section
