Yotpo Reviews Integration
In this article we will show you how to set up the Yotpo Reviews Integration on your Nector dashboard.
Please do this before enabling the integration on Nector:
Contact the Yotpo Support Team and ask them to enable "Webhooks" for your account. Once they confirm that webhooks are enabled, proceed with the below steps.
Visit the Integrations Page. Click on Reviews in the side-bar. Scroll below to look for Yotpo Reviews in that section.
Click on Configure to open up the Yotpo Reviews integration page.
To enable the integration, you need to get the API credentials from your Yotpo dashboard.
In Yotpo Reviews, click the Profile icon at the top right corner of the screen.
Select Account Settings > General Settings.
You’ll find your App Key at the bottom of the General Settings section.
Below the App Key, you will have an option to generate the Secret key.
Keep this tab open. Make note of the App Key and Secret Key and follow the below steps.
Back in the Nector dashboard for enabling the Yotpo integration,
For Choose Review Source, select Shopify option.
Copy the App Key and Secret Key as specified in the above section, and paste it in the respective fields.
Finally, click on Initialize button to enable the integration. Once it is enabled, you will see the below view.
All done! From now on, any review that is written on Yotpo will be synced with Nector. This allows you to reward your customers for writing reviews.
Setup the review reward:
