Visitor Rewards

This article explains how to reward your customers for sharing their email address or mobile number and get a discount on their first purchase.

Setting up visitor rewards



Go to your Loyalty Program page, click on Features in the side-bar and then in the Rewards section you can find the Visitor Rewards.



As the first step enable the visitor reward by toggling the status button on that page. After enabling you will see the below view.



Switch to the Visitor Reward tab and define the reward.

To define the rewards, under Visitor Reward section, click on the Add button, and choose a reward as per your business needs.

You can give fixed or percentage discount coupons on orders, or free shipping discounts.



Visitor Flow Type - Select your preferred method for creating the customer. You can opt for Mobile, Email.

To edit delay and title that is shown inside the visitor widget, navigate to your Shopify store's Theme Settings.



Click on Customise > App Embeds > Find Nector Visitor Reward and expand it.

Delay - Select your preferred delay in milliseconds after which you want the visitor reward to be displayed.

Title - Edit the title which will be displayed inside the visitor reward widget.
