Tier Based Rewards
This article explains how to create and manage tiers. You can reward your users based on various tiers
Visit the Tier Based Rewards Page. You can also find it under Rewards in the Features Page inside the Loyalty Program.
As first step enable the tier based rewarding by toggling the status button on that page.
Switch to the Tier Settings tab and here you can create your new tiers. Click on Create button. A popup opens where you can define the conditions for your tiers
Tiers must be defined in the exact increasing order of their value. Ex. first bronze, then silver, then gold, etc.
Tier Name - Enter your desired name for the tier
Inside Criteria For Moving Customers To This Tier
Metric - Possible Metrics are
Available Coins - customer's current points balance
Lifetime Value - customer's LTV on your store
Total Orders - total number of orders of the customer
Minimum Lifetime Value (LTV) Required For This Tier - As i have selected the LTV metric, need to set a value to move the customer to this tier once their ltv reaches or exceeds the chosen value.
Inside Bonus For Customers In This Tier
Bonus Factor - Set the bonus factor of coins. If bonus factor is set to 1.2, then the customer will get 1.2x the coins compared to a regular customer.
Tier based rewarding like Bonus Factor is applicable only for order rewards.
Finally, click on the Create button. Similarly you can create other tiers for your program. Refer to the below screenshot for an example
After you have setup the tier based rewards, you can optionally create redemption rules exclusive for a specific tier. For example: you can give higher discounts to customers in your highest tier. You can give tier specific benefits to your customers in two ways: By giving more coins to customers in higher tier using the Bonus Factor or by enabling special redemption rules for customers in a specific tier. It is recommended you use any one method, and not both.
If you are offering any additional benefits for your tiers and you want to add extra description to those tiers then you can do it by clicking on one of the tiers that you created. Scroll to the Tier Benefits section and click on Add button. Write your new description that you want to add and click on Save button.
Your new descriptions added are visible on the pages as shown below
To enable or disable the tier based rewarding just toggle the status in this page

Offering Discounts for a Specific Tier
