Review FAQs


There are two possible reasons why this might happen:


Reviews program is disabled


To enable the Reviews Program, follow the below steps:



  • Check if the Status is enabled





To mark reviews as featured follow the below steps:


  • Go to Reviews Page inside the Reviews Program, use the Search option to search for the reviews you want




  • Click on that review and go to the Status section




  • Turn on the toggle button for the Featured option


  • Repeat the above steps until there's a minimum of three reviews marked as Featured
