Review Collect Reminders History
In this article, we will delve into the steps for checking the review request history, as well as how to retrieve the request link. This can be particularly useful if you need to manually send the link to a customer.
Firstly, we need to go the Nector dashboard
Search for Review Collect Reminders in the search bar. Click on the section opened.
it opens up to a new page, where you can find the review reminders sent in the last three days, if you would like to see all of them, click on the All Review Collect Reminders option
You can also search for a specific request using you Nector Order ID. In order to get your Nector Order ID first, go to your Orders page.
Click on any specific order that you want to get the Order ID from. From the website URL, copy the last section after "order/"
Go back to the Review Collect Reminders page and paste the Order ID in the search bar.
If you don’t find any results, it means the review request hasn’t been generated for that order yet. Please check back later
If you click on the Write Review Link the review request page will be visible to you as shown below, you can also copy the link.
