Offering Discounts For A Specific Tier
This article assumes that you have already setup the tier-based rewarding on nector. If you haven't, check this article to setup tier-based rewards: https://nector.crisp.help/en/article/tier-based-rewards
On Nector, you can give discounts (via ways to redeem) that are exclusive for a specific tier.
First, create a redemption rule which you want to give to a specific tier. Refer this article on how to do that: https://nector.crisp.help/en/article/loyalty-program-ways-to-redeem
After the redemption rule is created, visit the Loyalty Program Page, click on the Rules in the side-bar menu and then switch to the Redemption Rules tab. Here, click on the redemption rule that would like to give to specific tier. You will see a page similar to the below image.
Next, click on the Advanced Settings link under the Save button on the left side. On this page, click on the Offer Settings tab. You will be see the below view.
On this page, scroll down a little to find the option Show this offer only to customers in a particular tier . Enable that option, and select the tier to which you want to restrict this redemption rule. You will see the below view.
Click on the Save button at the bottom to save the changes.
