Loyalty Program FAQs
In order to help your customers better understand the loyalty program, you can show some FAQs on the rewards widget, the rewards page and the referral page.
On the widget, the FAQs are shown here:
On the rewards page, the FAQs are shown at the end:
On the referrals page, the FAQs are shown here:
To add the FAQs, visit the FAQs Page on your nector dashboard.
There is an option to auto generate the FAQs based on your loyalty, referrals and various other settings of your account. After auto generating, you can change the content according to your needs.
To auto generate, click on the Generate FAQs button at the top of the page. See the below image for reference.
After the FAQs are generated, scroll to the top or bottom of the page and click on the Save button.
To show the FAQs on the referral page specifically, select the category of the FAQ as Referral

Autogenerate FAQs
