How to enable Q&A on Shopify?

In this article we will show how to enable the Q&A section on your Shopify website. Q&A is a new feature which is being offered alongside reviews where customers can ask questions related to the product, and you can directly answer it from your Nector dashboard. Enabling a Q&A section on your Shopify website improves customer engagement by allowing direct interaction and transparency, which builds trust and addresses potential buyers' concerns.

Follow the below steps to add the floating reviews widget to your Shopify store.

Go to your Shopify admin page. Under Online Store click on Themes from the side-bar. Now in the page click on the Customize button.




Click on Home Page at the center top and from the dropdown menu choose Products and then click on Default Product.




In the new page, from the side-bar under Template click on Add section




If you have already added Nector Product Reviews to your store, then you can skip the next step

In the search bar, search for Nector Product Reviews and then click on that option from the dropdown menu




Once it gets added, click on Nector Product Reviews and then scroll below to enable the Show Q&As option.




Click on Save button at the top to save the changes.
