How to check whether an order is rewarded or not ?

To check if the rewarding has happened for an order, you can do it in the following two ways:

If you want to search by a customer as reference, you can follow the below steps

Check For A Customer



Go to Customers Page inside your Loyalty Program

Search for the customer for whose order you want to check if the rewarding has happened




Click on that particular customer and on the new page scroll to Customer History section

Click on the View History button in the Orders subsection




From the list of orders of the customer, click on the order where you want to check the rewarding status.

in the new page check the Has Rewarding Started and Coins Rewarded to check if reward was given and if so, how many coins were given as a reward.




If you want to search using the order name or id, you can follow the below steps

Check Orders Directly



Go to Orders page in your dashboard

Search for the particular order using the order name or order id.




Click on that particular order.

in the new page check the Has Rewarding Started and Coins Rewarded to check if reward was given and if so, how many coins were given as a reward.
