How to Change Expiry of Generated Coupons?
By default the coupons expire after 15 days
Inorder to modify the default expiry of the generated coupons, kindly follow the below steps.
Go to Redemption Rules tab inside the Loyalty Settings in the Loyalty Program
Select a redemption rule from the given rules
On the new page, find the Advanced Settings and click on it
Now, select the Offer Settings tab and look for the Expire the generated coupons after section
Enter the number of days you want the coupon to be active for after which it will expire
Click on the Save button
If you want to remove the expiry, you have to save the offer without any expiry
If expiry is updated for a redemption rule, the expiry of already generated coupons will not change
This should modify the expiry of the coupons as set by you, incase of any more queries kindly contact support@nector.io
