Customizing the Onside Display Widget

Introduction

Your On-Site Display Widget is a core touchpoint for customer engagement—showing loyalty details, referral information, and personalized messaging right inside the widget panel.

By customizing the design, banner, loyalty text, and referral content, you can ensure the widget perfectly matches your brand identity, tone, and visual style. This guide walks you step-by-step through the full customization process.

Step 1 - Access Panel Customization

To customize the widget for your brand’s identity:

Navigate to On-Site Display → Panel.

Step 2 - View the Panel Layout

You will now see the Floatique Loyalty and Referral Panel displayed.

Step 3 - Open Configuration

Click on Configure to begin adjusting design and text settings.

Step 4 - Brand Settings (Fonts & Colors)

You’ll see three main sections:

• Banner

• Loyalty Section Text

• Referral Section Text

Start by selecting Brand Setting, where you can:

• Choose your brand font

• Apply brand colors

These settings will automatically apply across the widget.

Step 5 - Open Banner Image Settings

Navigate to the Banner Image Setting section.

Step 6 - Upload Banner Image

Upload the banner image that will appear inside the widget:

• Upload from your device OR

• Paste the image URL

This banner appears above the black background area of the widget.

Step 7 - Use Correct Banner Dimensions

Ensure your banner image is sized at 360 × 176 pixels for best display quality.

Step 8 - Open Loyalty Section Text

Proceed to the Loyalty Section Text settings.

Step 9 - Check Tier Setting Name

Start by reviewing the name of your Tier Setting.

Step 10 - Review Loyalty Program Titles

Check the displayed names such as:

• Tier Program title (e.g., VIP Program)

• Ways to Earn and Redeem section

• Logged out

For logged-in users, the main title will display as Your [Coin Name].

For example, if your coin name is Point, customers will see Your Point in the widget.

Step 15 - Customize Logged-Out View Text

In the logged-out view, customers will see:

• A main title

• A short description

• Two CTAs

You may edit all text fields to fit your brand tone and message.

Step 16 - Save Loyalty Section Changes

After updating the loyalty text, click Save, then proceed to the Referral Section Text.

Step 17 - Review Referral Section Title

Here you’ll find the Referral Section Text and Loyalty Section Text.

Review the program title.

For instance, the title might be Referral Program.

Step 19 - Review Logged-In and Logged-Out Descriptions

Typical examples may include:

• Logged out: Give your friends a reward and claim your own Y

• Logged in: Share this link with a friend so they can claim a 50% offer reward

Step 20 - Review Logged-In Referral Message

The logged-in message may describe sharing the referral link and the customer reward.

Step 21 - Use Referral Variables

Use variables such as:

• Referral Value

• Referral To Text

• Referral Mode

These auto-populate according to your referral settings.

You may also configure the Referral Sharing Message for social or messaging platforms.

Step 22 - Example of Social Sharing Text

For example, when sharing on a platform like X (Twitter), the referral message will auto-generate based on your settings.

Step 23 - Save Referral Section Updates

Reconfigure any text or variables as needed, then click Save.
