Introduction


FAQs help customers quickly find answers without needing support—and when it comes to loyalty and referral programs, clarity is key. By enabling FAQs on your website, you empower customers to understand how your points, rewards, and referral benefits work. This guide walks you through adding FAQs manually or generating them with AI, then publishing them across your key pages.


Step 1 - Access the FAQ Configuration


Head to the Nector Dashboard and click Onsite Display from the left-hand menu. Select FAQs, then click Configure to open your loyalty-related FAQ settings.




Step 2 - Add FAQs Manually


You can directly type any questions and answers you want customers to see. This is great for brand-specific queries or policy clarifications.

💡 Tip: Add FAQs based on the most common support tickets you receive.




Step 3 - Use AI to Generate FAQs (Optional)


If you prefer automated help, click the option to generate FAQs using AI.




Step 4 - Review & Save AI-Generated FAQs


The AI will generate Q&As based on your loyalty or referral program details.

• Review the generated content

• Edit or refine if needed

• Click Save once everything looks good

Your FAQs will now be ready to display.





Step 5 - Publish Your FAQs


After saving, your loyalty FAQs will automatically appear on the website.




Step 6 - Repeat for Referral FAQs


Just like loyalty FAQs, you can manually add or auto-generate FAQs for the Referral Program.




Step 7 - Generate & Review Sample Entries


Create at least two FAQs to preview how they will look once published.

These examples help ensure formatting and clarity before going live.




Step 8 - View Referral FAQs on the Website


Visit the Referral page on your website. Scroll to the bottom—you’ll see the referral FAQs displayed there.




Step 9 - View Loyalty FAQs on the Rewards Page


Go to the Rewards Page, where all loyalty FAQs will be shown.




Step 10 - Customer Interaction


Customers can click and expand each FAQ to view helpful information.




Step 11 - FAQs on the “Visit” Page


Your FAQs will also appear under the Visit page located in the top navigation.




Step 12 - Both FAQ Categories Available


On this page, customers can browse both loyalty and referral FAQs, helping them find answers quickly.

This completes the FAQ setup process—your customers are now better supported and more informed. 🎉
