Configure Dedicated Rewards Page

Configuring Your Reward Page with Nector Dashboard and Shopify




Your Reward Page is where customers explore their points, learn how to earn more, and discover exciting redemption options. A beautifully branded and well-structured rewards page significantly boosts engagement, transparency, and loyalty.


In this guide, you'll learn how to:

• Customize the branding, fonts, and banners

• Configure logged-in / logged-out messaging

• Tailor your loyalty and tier sections

• Embed the page into Shopify using Liquid

Let’s get your rewards experience ready for customers! 💚



Step 1 - Open Dedicated Pages


Navigate to the Nectar Dashboard → Onsite Display → Dedicated Pages, where you’ll see the Reward Page option.




Step 2 - Begin Configuration


Click Configure to start setting up your reward page.




Step 3 - Customize Page Appearance


You’ll now see all available customization options for your page.

Start by adjusting brand colors and font styles to align with your store identity.




Step 4 - Set Brand Colors


Open Brand Setting to review or change your brand colors.

Defaults are pulled automatically from your store unless you override them here.

Next, continue to Banner Image Settings.




Step 5 - Configure Desktop Banner


Upload or paste a URL for your desktop banner.




Step 6 - Configure Mobile Banner


Repeat the process for the mobile banner to ensure a smooth mobile experience.




Step 7 - Open Control Settings


Proceed to the Controls section to configure additional display options.




Step 8 - Optional Display Controls


You may choose to:

• Hide the overlay button on the banner

• Remove the referral section from this page




Step 9 - Save & Continue to Text Settings


The gray background in the preview represents the banner area.

Decide whether to hide buttons or referral sections, then click Save.

Continue to the Logged In / Logged Out Settings.




Step 10 - Set Login State Messages


Define the text customers see when logged in vs. logged out—both on the page and in the widget.




Step 11 - Customize Title Naming, description etc


In this example, the coin name is Points.

The title displays as Your Shubham Nectar Store Rewards. Your page header should be formatted like:




Step 12 - Confirm Rewards Header



Your Business Name Rewards




Step 13 - Configure Section Descriptions


Set messaging for:

• Ways to Earn

• Redeem Points

• Reward descriptions




Step 14 - Repeat for Logged-Out View


This setup will mirror the logout view, which you’ll configure next.




Step 15 - Adjust Titles & CTAs


Ensure titles, descriptions, and CTAs for Sign Up / Sign In are set appropriately.




Step 16 - Define Logged-Out Display


Logged-out users will see the title, descriptive text, and clear login/sign-up actions.




Step 17 - Configure Widget Pop-Up Text


The same logged-out settings also apply to widget pop-ups.

Adjust as needed.




Step 18 - Open Loyalty Section Text


Scroll to configure the Loyalty Section text.




Step 19 - Set Loyalty Section Content


Define what appears in the loyalty section of your reward page.




Step 20 - Configure Tier Program Labels


Ensure your tier program name and description are clear.




Step 21 - Set Tier Titles & Descriptions


Adjust the header and text describing your tier program.




Step 22 - Add Logged-Out Explainer Text


Explain how customers earn rewards before logging in.






Step 23 - Define Earning Steps


Name and define each step in the loyalty earning process.




Step 24 - Set Ways to Earn & Ways to Redeem


Specify titles and descriptions for both sections.




Step 25 - Confirm All Rewards Section Settings


Once configurations are complete, proceed to the Code section and copy the code snippet provided.




Step 26 - Open Shopify Customization Menu


Go to Shopify → Click the three dots beside Customize.




Step 27 - Choose Edit Code


Select Edit Code to proceed.




Step 28 - Create a New Template File


In the code editor:

Right-click Templates → Create a New File.




Step 29 - Paste the Nector Code


Name the file Liquid, press Enter, paste the copied code snippet, and click Save.




Step 30 - Return to Shopify


Close the editor after saving.




Step 31 - Open Shopify Pages


Navigate to Pages below the Theme section.




Step 32 - Add New Page


Click Add New Page and begin naming your rewards page.







Step 33 - Example Page Name


In this example, name it Rewards Page.




Step 34 - Assign Template


Set the page visibility to Visible and select the Nectar Reward template. Click Save to make your new reward page live.





Step 35 - Add to Store Navigation


Add the page to your store's main menu, footer, or header so customers can access it easily. Your Reward Page is now fully configured and ready for customers! 🎉
