Bulk Update Customer Points
In this article, we will teach you how to Bulk Update the Coins of Customers. With this now you can credit, debit and reset coins in bulk, quickly and easily therefore saving you time and hassle.
To access this feature, go to Customer Data on the left side menu, and then click on Import & Bulk Update page. Here, under the Coins section, you will find the options to Bulk Reward Coins, Bulk Debit Coins and Bulk Reset Coins.
Click on Bulk Update button under the Bulk Reward Coins, and a popup opens where you have to enter the Amount that you want to credit and optionally the reason for crediting under Reason for credit
If you would like to credit coins only to a particular set of customers, you can use filters, refer here to check the list of available filters.
Click on Bulk Update button under the Bulk Debit Coins section, and a popup opens where you have to enter the Amount that you want to debit and optionally the reason for crediting under Reason for debit
If you would like to debit coins only to a particular set of customers, you can use filters, refer here to check the list of available filters.

To efficiently target and update specific customer groups, Nector provides a variety of filters. These filters allow you to selectively credit, debit, or reset coins based on criteria such as coin balance, lifetime value (LTV), transaction count, and customer tier. This ensures that your updates are precise and relevant. Here are the available filters:
Customer's Coin Balance Is Greater Than - Credit/Debit/Reset coins only when customer's points balance is greater than or equal to the below value.
Customer's Coin Balance Is Less Than - Credit/Debit/Reset coins only when customer's points balance is lesser than or equal to the below value.
"Customer coin balance is less than” is given more preference if both the above values are specified.
Customer's LTV Is Greater Than - Credit/Debit/Reset coins only when customer's LTV is greater than or equal to the below value.
Customer's LTV Is Less Than - Credit/Debit/Reset coins only when customer's LTV is lesser than or equal to the below value.
“Customer’s LTV Is Less Than” is given more preference if both the above values are specified.
Customer's Transaction Count Is Greater Than - Credit/Debit/Reset coins only when customer's transaction count is greater than or equal to the below value.
Customer's Transaction Count Is Less Than - Credit/Debit/Reset coins only when customer's transaction count is lesser than or equal to the below value.
“Customer’s Transaction Count Is Less Than” is given more preference if both the above values are specified.
Customer Tier - Credit/Debit/Reset coins only for customers in specific tier.
