This guide walks you through how to update review visibility, verification, and featured status in bulk using powerful filters like ratings, dates, products, slugs, and image presence—so you can highlight the best feedback and maintain quality effortlessly.

Step 1 - Open Import & Bulk Update

Start by navigating to the review management area.

• Go to Customer Data
• Click on Import and Bulk Update

Step 2 - View Bulk Review Management Options

Here, you’ll see options to manage reviews in bulk, including:

• Visibility (Show / Hide)
• Verified status
• Featured status

This is your central hub for large-scale review control.

Step 3 - Enter the Bulk Update Flow

Click on Bulk Update to begin configuring changes for reviews.
