  • Best for non-urgent queries, feature requests, or detailed technical issues
  • Send us your question with relevant details and screenshots if needed
  • Response time: Up to 48 hours


2. Chat Support — Via the chat option in your Nector dashboard

  • Submit your query through our dashboard chat for general questions and troubleshooting
  • Our team will respond when available
  • Response time: Up to 8 hours


3. Live Chat Support — Via the chat option in your Nector dashboard

  • Available only for brands on $100+ paid plans
  • Get real-time assistance from our support team for urgent issues
  • Response time: 2 minutes to 8 hours (based on availability)


4. Google Meet Support Call — Schedule directly from your Nector dashboard

  • Available only for Growth plan and above
  • Book a video call with our team for complex issues requiring screen sharing or detailed walkthroughs
  • Check your dashboard for available time slots
  • Response time: Based on calendar availability

Choosing the Right Channel


  • Email: Non-urgent queries, billing, feature requests
  • Chat: General questions, basic troubleshooting
  • Live Chat: Urgent issues needing quick resolution (paid plans $100+ only)
  • Google Meet: Complex technical issues, strategic guidance (Growth+ plans only)



Important Note


Please reserve Google Meet calls for issues that truly require screen sharing or in-depth discussion. For most queries, email or chat support provides faster resolution and helps us serve all customers efficiently.
