Setting Up Event Notifications - With Marketing Tools
Sending Events to Integrated Marketing Platforms
Use this process to configure and send specific events (such as “WalletPoint Rewarded”) from your system to any marketing platform that has already been integrated. You can then use these events to power automation flows, templates, and notifications (email, WhatsApp, etc.) on your chosen marketing channels.
Step 1: Navigate to the Notification Configuration
Open the left-hand navigation menu and go to Communication.

Then click on Notification.

In the Notification section, locate the plus (+) icon in the top-right corner and click it.

From the options that appear, select Send Event to an Integration.

Step 2: Choose the Event and Target Platform
After selecting Send Event to an Integration, choose the event you want to send to your marketing platform (for example, WalletPoint Rewarded).

Next, select the marketing platform to which this event should be sent.

There are two types of integrations available:
- Direct partner integrations (e.g., LimeChat)
For these, simply select the partner and click Create.

Once you click Create, all information related to the selected event will automatically be sent to the chosen partner platform (e.g., LimeChat).

On the partner platform, you can then set up an automation flow to consume these events as they are triggered.
Step 3: Configure Template-Based Integrations (e.g., “Bik” Channel)
Another type of integration requires a template or flow to be created first on the marketing platform (for example, a platform referred to here as Bik).

In this scenario, you might again use the WalletPoint Rewarded event, but choose a different marketing channel, such as Bik.

On the Bik platform, first create the automation flow or template, then copy the Flow ID / Automation ID. Paste that ID into the Flow ID field in your current system.

Next, select and map the variables you want to send in this automation—for example, business name and coin name.

Enter the corresponding Automation ID (for example, test5050) that you created on the Bik platform, then click Create.

If an event with the same configuration already exists, you will see a pop-up informing you that this event has already been created. Otherwise, the new event configuration will be successfully created.
Step 4: Manage Multiple Events and Marketing Channels
You can repeat the same process to create multiple events and triggers, and send the same or different events to various integrated marketing channels.

Only integrated marketing channels will appear in the selection list.If you have integrated with many marketing channels, all of them will be visible here.

Once events are received by the marketing platforms, you can use them to send notifications such as email, WhatsApp, and other supported communication types for each event.
