Bulk Reward Coin Allocation




Introduction


The Bulk Reward Coin Allocation feature lets you distribute reward coins to customers directly from the Nector Dashboard—without needing a CSV upload.

This tool is perfect for:

• Seasonal campaigns

• Event-based bonuses

• LTV-based reward distributions

• Mass point corrections or updates

Follow the steps below to allocate coins efficiently, apply smart filters, and even perform bulk debits or resets.


Step 1 - Navigate to Bulk Reward Features


Open the Nector Dashboard, select Customer Data, and proceed to Import and Bulk Update to access bulk reward options.



Step 2 - Locate Bulk Reward Points Feature


Inside the module, locate the feature designed for allocating bulk reward points to customers.



Step 3 - Begin a Bulk Update


Click Bulk Update.

Before proceeding, you must specify the reason for crediting coins.



Step 4 - Add a Credit Reason


Example:

If you're launching a Diwali campaign, you may reward customers as part of the celebration.



Step 5 - Enter Reward Details


Enter:

• Reason → “Diwali Gift”

• Number of coins to credit

• (Optional) Expiry period for the coins



Step 6 - Set Coin Expiry (Optional)


If the campaign runs for 7 days, set coin expiry accordingly.

💡 Tip: Expiry-based rewards help drive faster customer action.



Step 7 - Reward Based on Customer LTV


Choose to allocate coins based on LTV (Lifetime Value).

This lets rewards scale proportionally with how much customers have spent. 

For example, if a customer has spent 5,000 rupees with the brand, they will be rewarded with 5,000 coins. Uncheck this option if you wish to explore further filtering options, which are optional.

Tick the checkbox to activate LTV-based coin distribution.



Step 8 - Filter by Customer Point Balance


Set a filter for customers with a specific coin balance.

The filter will apply to customers with a point balance between 300 and 500.



Step 9 - Filter by Customer LTV Range


You can also set an LTV range to determine eligibility for bulk rewards.



Step 10 - Award Coins Based on LTV or Order Count


Specify the number of coins to award based on:

• Customer LTV

• Number of orders placed (transaction count)

You can also filter by date of customer creation.



Step 11 - Filter by Customer Creation Date or Tier


Select a creation date.

Customers created after this date will receive coins.

You can also reward customers based on their tier.



Step 12 - Save the Bulk Update


Once all filters and reward settings are configured, click Bulk Update to apply changes.



Step 13 - Receive Admin Email Confirmation


After processing, a confirmation email will be sent to the admin email verifying the bulk reward action.



Step 14 - Use Bulk Debit for Point Removal


You can also bulk debit coins from customer wallets using this same feature and filters.

Ideal for:

• Campaign reversals

• Error corrections

• Fraud mitigation



Step 15 - Reset Customer Points


To reset each customer to a specific amount (e.g., 100 or 200 coins), enter the reason for the reset.



Step 16 - Apply Filters & Finalize Reset


Apply desired filters to select the correct customers, then click Bulk Update to complete the reset.



Step 17 - Process Complete


This completes the process of using the Bulk Reward Coin Allocation feature.

You can now reward, debit, or reset points for large customer groups with ease.
