Revert Points Which Were Earned On An Order
Step 1
In the navigation bar, click on "Features."

Step 2
In the sidebar, select "Orders" under Categories.

Step 3
Click on "Configure" for the Order Reward Revert option.

Step 4
Toggle the Status switch to enable Revert Earned Coins.

Step 5
Click on "Revert Settings" to proceed with further configurations.

Step 6
In the "Revert Settings" section, observe the "Order Status On Which To Revert The Coins" field with "Cancelled" and "Refunded" selected.

Step 7
You can select one or multiple order statuses from the dropdown on which you want the coins to be reverted from the customer's coin wallet.
Here, if a customer cancels or returns their order, then coins rewarded to the customer will be debited from their coin wallet.

Step 8
Here, coins can also be reverted on the basis of order tags.

Step 9
You can add order tags here on which you want to revert (debit) the customer's earned coins.
For example - cancelled, return, etc.

Step 10
Click the "Save" button to apply the changes in the Revert Settings section.
