Plan & Overage Overview

Checking Your Subscription Plan, Limits, and Overage Charges

This document explains how to review your current subscription plan, including order and email limits, monthly billing status, overage charges, and plan features. It also shows where to find your overage and plan history, and how to compare available plan tiers.

Step 1: Open the Settings Page

Navigate to your account’s main dashboard and open the Settings area from the primary navigation menu.

Step 2: Go to the Plans Section

In the Settings area, use the left-hand navigation menu to select Plans.

Here you can view:

  • Your current order limit for the plan
  • Your email limit for the plan
  • Your current monthly billing status
  • Any additional charges if you exceed the included limits

For example:

  • If your plan includes 12,000 orders per month but you use 13,000 orders, the extra 1,000 orders are billed at $5 per additional 100 orders, resulting in $50 extra.
  • For email overage, you are charged $2 for every additional 1,000 emails.

Use this information to estimate your current month’s billing based on your actual usage.

Step 3: Review Overage and Plan History

On the same Plans page, click the link provided to view your overage and plan history.

This page displays:

  • All additional overage amounts
  • Any extra charges applied beyond your plan’s standard limits

Step 4: View Included Plan Features

Scroll down to see the list of plan features included with your current store plan.

Here you can:

  • Review what is included in your existing plan (e.g., Basic, Starter, Growth, Premium)
  • Compare features across different tiers to understand the benefits of each

Step 5: Compare Plan Tiers and Consider Upgrading

Use the comparison table to review the Basic, Starter, Growth, and Premium plans.

From this table, you can:

  • Confirm that you are on the correct plan for your needs
  • Identify additional features available in higher tiers if you are currently on a lower plan (e.g., Starter or Growth)
  • Decide whether you want to move to a higher category to access more features and higher limits
