Export Wallet Transactions Process
Introduction
The Export Wallet Transactions feature allows you to download detailed transaction history for customer wallets within a selected time frame.
This export is helpful for:
- Analyzing customer reward behavior
- Auditing wallet activity
- Internal reporting and reconciliation
- Tracking redemptions, rewards, and expiries
Follow the steps below to efficiently download wallet transaction data.
Step 1 – Understand the Feature
The Export Wallet Transactions tool enables you to export customer wallet activity into a downloadable file for analysis or record-keeping.

Step 2 – Navigate to the Export Data Section
Click Customers from the left-hand menu, then select Export Data.

Step 3 – Find Export Wallet Transactions
Locate the Export Wallet Transactions option.
This feature lets you download transactions within a specific date range.

Step 4 – Choose Date Range
Click Export, then select the start date and end date for the transaction data you want to download.

Step 5 – Example Usage
To export the last 10 days of transactions, simply set the date range accordingly.

Step 6 – Note the Maximum Download Duration
The system allows exporting transactions for up to 90 days at a time.
Tip: For longer durations, run multiple exports and combine the data.

Step 7 – Select Transaction Types
Choose which transaction types you want to include in the export:
- Redemption
- Rewarding
- Adjusting expiries

Step 8 – Filter by Debit or Credit
You can further refine your results by selecting whether you want:
- Debit transactions
- Credit transactions

Step 9 – Export Transactions for a Specific Customer
To download all transactions for a specific customer throughout their account history:
- Enter the customer’s Lead ID
- Click Export
- A file will be emailed to your admin inbox

Step 10 – Preview Exported File
This is an example of what the exported file will look like, showing transactions for your selected time frame.
Review Customer Details in the File
The CSV export includes:
- The customer's Lead ID
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Transaction types and descriptions

Step 11 – View Transaction Summary
The file also displays:
- Total coins credited (e.g., 200 coins)
- Closing balance
- Transaction type (credit/debit)

Step 12 – View Transaction Metadata
Each entry shows:
- Transaction name
- Creation date
- Expiration date
This provides a complete view of activity within your selected timeframe.

Step 13 – Access Transaction History
A transaction history reference is available within the dashboard for ongoing insight and reconciliation.

Step 14 – Resend Download Link
If you need the file again, click Send Download Link.
The system will resend the export file to your admin email.
