This is useful for:

• Measuring referral program performance

• Identifying top referrers

• Analyzing referral-driven conversions

• Reviewing customer engagement patterns

Follow the steps below to efficiently track and review referral data using bulk export tools.

Step 1 - Understand the Referral Tracking Process

Begin by familiarizing yourself with how to track referrals within a specific timeframe using the bulk export functionality.

Step 2 - Navigate to Export Referrals

From the Nector dashboard:

  1. Click Customer in the left-hand menu
  2. Select Export Data
  3. Choose Export Referrals

Step 3 - Choose Export Date Range

Click Export.

You will be prompted to select a date range for your referral data export.

The maximum allowed date range for an export is 90 days.

Step 4 - Select Past Month or Custom Range

To track referrals from the previous month, choose the appropriate date range. For example, select the entire month of October (or any preferred period).

Step 5 - Export Referrals for a Specific Customer

To view referrals created by a particular customer:

• Enter their Lead ID (found in the Nectar dashboard)

The export file includes the date the referral was created, providing clear visibility into:

• Who referred whom

• Referral progress

• When the referral occurred

Step 10 - View Past Referral Exports

To review previous downloads, go to View History.
