In the navigation bar, click on "Features."

In the sidebar, select "Reminders."

Under "Reminder Actions," click "Configure" for "Unused Wallet Coin Request."

In the "Unused Wallet Coins Reminder" page, click on "Configuration."

Click the "Create" button to set up a notification.

In the modal, select "Send An Email" to notify customers.

Step 7

In the modal, click "Create" to finalize the email setup.

On the Notifications page, click "Back" to return to the previous screen.

Step 9

In the form, adjust the "Days To Wait After Wallet Points Are Rewarded" to 10.

Step 10

In the Reminder Settings section, change the number of reminders to send to 4.

Step 11

Adjust the gap between follow-up reminders to 5 days.

Step 12

Click the "Save" button to apply the changes.

Step 13

A success message confirms the changes, indicating the creation date of the email notification.
