Step 1

In the navigation bar, click on "Features."

Step 2

In the sidebar, select "Reminders."

Step 3

Under "Reminder Actions," click on "Configure" for the "Unused Coupon Request."

Step 4

In the "Unused Coupons Reminder" section, click on "Configuration."

Step 5

Click the "Create" button in the notification settings section.

Step 6

In the popup modal, select "Send An Email" to notify customers.

Step 7

In the email creation modal, click "Create" to finalize the email setup.

Step 8

Click the "Back" button to return to the previous page.

Step 9

In the Reminder Settings section, click the "Save" button to apply the changes.
