Tier Based Rewards (VIP Tiers)
Step 1
In the navigation bar, click on "Features."

In the sidebar, select "Advanced Rewards."
Step 3
Click "Configure" under the "Tier Program."
Step 4
Toggle the "Status" switch to enable VIP Tiers.
Step 5
Click on the "Configuration" tab.
Step 6
In the Configuration tab, you can set the tier expiry and tier downgrade actions.
Step 7
You can choose tier expiry as "No expiry", "6 months" or "One Year".
Step 8
Choose an option for tier downgrade action if tier expiry is set to 6 months or one year.

Click the "Save" button to apply the changes.
Step 10
Now, go to "Tier Settings"

Click the plus icon to add a new tier.
Step 12
In the modal, enter a name for the tier and select the metric for calculating the customer's tier.

Choose one option from the following.
We recommend "Total Amount Spent".
Step 14
Enter the threshold value required to move the customer to this tier.

In the modal, enter the Bonus factor value.
Step 16
Click the "Create" button in the modal to finalize the tier settings.

In the Tier Settings tab, click the arrow icon next to the Silver tier to view more options.
Step 18
If Birthday rewards are enabled, then you can set up Bonus factor for Birthday rewards for the specific tier.
For example, if the regular birthday reward is 100 coins, then you can keep bonus factor for birthday for silver tier as 1.5. This will reward the customer 150 coins if they belong to silver tier.

In the Tier Promotion Reward section, click the dropdown to select a trigger.

Click "Create New Trigger" at the bottom of the list to add a new trigger.

In the modal, select "Reward Coins To Customers."
Step 22
In the modal, enter the details for the new trigger and then click the "Create" button.

Now, click the "+ Add" button in the Tier Benefits section.
Step 24
Here, you can add the additional tier benefits in words which will be visible to the customers in tier benefits section on reward widget and reward page. Once done, click on the "Save" button to save the changes.
