Tier Based Rewards (VIP Tiers)



Step 1


In the navigation bar, click on "Features."

If Birthday rewards are enabled, then you can set up Bonus factor for Birthday rewards for the specific tier.


For example, if the regular birthday reward is 100 coins, then you can keep bonus factor for birthday for silver tier as 1.5. This will reward the customer 150 coins if they belong to silver tier.


If Birthday rewards are enabled, then you can set up Bonus factor for Birthday rewards for the specific tier.

In the Tier Promotion Reward section, click the dropdown to select a trigger.

Click "Create New Trigger" at the bottom of the list to add a new trigger.

Here, you can add the additional tier benefits in words which will be visible to the customers in tier benefits section on reward widget and reward page. Once done, click on the "Save" button to save the changes.
