Step 1

In the navigation bar, click on "Programs."

In the sidebar under "Programs," select "Redemption Rules."

In the "Redemption Rules" section, click on "Floating Widget & Page."

Click on "Create Redemption Rule" in the "Floating Widget & Page Redemption Rules" section.

In the modal, select one of the type of redemption rule.

We recommend "Dynamic Amount Discount"

In the modal, enter the number of coins required to get the starting discount.

In the modal, input the starting discount amount.

In the modal, add the value for starting discount and max. possible discount.

Here, we have created a which says thats customer will need a min. of 100 coins to get Rs.10 off upto a max. of Rs.200 discount.

Once the redemption rule is created, click the edit icon next to the redemption rule in the table.

Here, you can edit the redemption rule and add some restrictions.

You can set min. cart amount type, add min. cart amount and product/category restrictions.

In the "Expiry & Usage Restrictions" section, set the expiration for generated coupons.

Click the "Save" button to apply the changes.

Navigate to the "Advanced Settings" tab in the settings menu.

In the "Content Settings" section, check the box to auto-generate name and description based on discount rules.

To edit the name and description, uncheck the box and then edit the texts.

In the Redemption Rules section, locate the "Offer Redemption Url" and note the variable for the URL.

In the same section, find "Tier Restriction" to show the redemption rule only to specific customer tiers if required.

This step is only applicable if you have enabled tier based rewards.

In the Redemption Rules section, locate "Discount Combinations" to allow combining discount codes with other discounts.

Note: Coupon combination will only work if you have enabled coupon combination for shopify coupons as well.

In the form, locate the "Segment Restriction" section highlighted in red.

Here, you can restrict this rule to be only applicable who belongs to customer segment created on your shopify.

In the status dropdown, select "Published" from the options to publish the rule.

If you just want to show the redemption rule on the reward widget and reward page but dont allow coins redemption from the widget, then you can choose "Listed" here. This will mostly be applicable if you are using a 3rd party checkout.

Click the "Save" button to apply the changes.
