Order Spent Revert

Step 1

In the navigation bar, click on "Features."

Step 2

In the sidebar, select "Orders" under Categories.

Step 3

Click the "Configure" button under the "Order Spend Revert" section.

Step 4

Toggle the "Status" switch to enable or disable the Revert Spent Coins feature.

Step 5

In the navigation bar, click on "Revert Settings" under "Revert Spent Coins."

Step 6

Under "order status on which to revert the coins", order status "cancelled" and "Refunded" will be pre-selected.

Step 7

You can choose the relevant order statuses from the dropdown on which you want to revert the customer's spent coins.

Step 8

You can also revert customer's spent coins on the basis of order tags.

Step 9

Enter the order tag(s) and press "enter".

Step 10

Click the "Save" button to apply the changes in the "Revert Settings" section.

Step 11

In the "Skip Revert" section, you can add the tags on which you want to skip the spent coins revert function.

If the order contains a tag which is added here, then nector will skip the order spent revert function on that order. For example, you can add tags like "exchange- order" here to skip order spent revert in case of exchange order.

Step 12

Click the "Save" button to apply the changes in the "Skip Revert" section.
