Nector and Shiprocket Checkout Integration

Integrating Nector Loyalty with Shiprocket Third-Party Checkout




This document explains how to connect your Nector loyalty program with Shiprocket’s third‑party checkout. Once configured, your earning and redemption rules will apply directly on the Shiprocket checkout, allowing customers to redeem loyalty coins during payment.


Step 1: Open Integrations and Locate Shiprocket


Go to the Integrations section in your Nector dashboard.



Use the search bar to search for Shiprocket in the list of available integrations.



Step 2: Configure and Enable the Shiprocket Checkout Integration


In the search results, locate Shiprocket – Third-Party Checkout and click Configure.



On the configuration page, enable the integration Status to activate it.




Step 3: Retrieve the Secret Webhook ID and Set Basic Restrictions


Scroll to the bottom of the Shiprocket integration page to find the Secret Webhook ID.



This Secret Webhook ID is required by the Shiprocket team to complete the integration.


If needed, configure redemption restrictions, such as the minimum payment amount required from the customer to allow redemption.



You will also see an Allowed IP field.



You can leave the Allowed IP settings as they are by default.



Step 4: Email the Secret Webhook ID to Shiprocket Support


Because Shiprocket does not have direct access to your Nector portal, you must send them the Secret Webhook ID via email.

Compose an email to checkoutsupport@shiprocket.com.



Include the Secret Webhook ID you copied from the Nector dashboard in the email.



Assume this is your Secret Webhook ID:



Copy and paste this ID into the email body.



Send the email to checkoutsupport@shiprocket.com.




Step 5: Choose the Configuration Options to Share with Shiprocket


Shiprocket provides eight configuration options that can be enabled for your brand. Specify your preferences clearly in the email so the Shiprocket team can set them up accordingly.

For each option below, you can write “Enable” or “Disable” (or Yes/No) in your email.




  1. Enable Prepaid Discount (Yes/No)

Indicate whether you want to offer a prepaid discount.

  1. Heading Text

Specify the heading text to display on the checkout for loyalty usage. For example, if your brand is Manly Man and your coins are called Manly Coins, write the heading as “Manly Coins”.




  1. Logo URL

If you want your brand logo displayed at checkout, provide the direct URL of your logo image.



You can share the logo URL with the Shiprocket team in the same email.



  1. Push as Transaction (for Points Redemption)

If you want points redeemed at checkout to appear in Shopify as a payment method/transaction, specify Yes; otherwise, specify No.




  1. Enable Credit Flow / Push Credit as Transaction

If you have enabled Store Credit in the Nector dashboard and want credit usage to be pushed to Shopify as a payment transaction, set this to Yes; otherwise, set it to No.




After filling out all these details in your email (Secret Webhook ID, config choices, logo URL, etc.), send it to checkoutsupport@shiprocket.com so they can finalize the configuration.




Step 6: Confirm Integration and Configure Redemption Rules in Nector


After Shiprocket completes the setup, they will confirm that the integration is active.

Once you receive confirmation, return to your Nector dashboard to configure or verify your redemption rules, ensuring they match what you want to apply on the Shiprocket checkout. For example, you might configure:

Conversion rate: 1 Rupee = 1 Coin redemption




Maximum possible discount: 200 Rupees


Create or update this redemption rule accordingly in Nector.




Step 7: Validate Customer Experience After Integration


Once both the Shiprocket configuration and Nector redemption rules are in place, your setup is ready.



From this point on, customers will be able to redeem their loyalty coins directly on the Shiprocket checkout, according to the rules you have configured.
