Integrating Judge.me with Nector for Rewarding Reviews

Integrating Judge.me with Nector allows you to automatically reward customers for leaving product reviews—boosting engagement, increasing review volume, and enriching your product credibility.

Once connected, Nector will reward customers for Judge.me reviews in real time, ensuring a smooth and automated experience for both your brand and your customers.

This guide walks you through every step of the integration process—from locating your API key to enabling rewarded reviews.

Step 1 - Open the Judge.me Integrations Menu

To begin the integration process:

• Navigate to the Judge.me platform

• On the left menu, click Integrations

• Then select Reviews

Step 2 - Open the Judge.me Integration in Nector

After clicking Reviews, the Judge.me integration option will appear as the first item.

• Click Configure to proceed.

Step 3 - Enter Required Integration Details

You will now be prompted to:

• Enter your shop name

• Select the review resource

• Provide your private API key

• Choose the platform where Judge.me is installed

Step 4 - Select Your Review Source Platform

For this demonstration, we will use Shopify as the store platform.

Step 5 - Confirm Shopify as the Platform

Select Shopify from the available options.

Step 6 - Retrieve Your Shop Name & API Key

You will now switch to Shopify to collect the required credentials.

• Open your Shopify admin

• Navigate to Apps → Judge.me

Step 7 - Access the Judge.me App Settings

Inside Judge.me:

• Click on Settings

Step 8 - Locate and Copy Your Judge.me Private API Key

Under Settings → Integrations:

• Click View API Token (top-right corner)

• Copy your private API key

• Paste it into the Nector dashboard

💡 Tip: Keep this key confidential as it provides secure access to your Judge.me account.

Step 9 - Provide Your Store Name

The next field requires your shop name.

Step 10 - Retrieve the Store Name From Shopify

Go back to your Shopify admin to locate the store subdomain.

Step 11 - Enter Only the Subdomain (Not the Full Domain)

Example:

If your store URL is shubham.nectarstore.myshopify.com

➡️ Enter only shubham.nectorstore

(Nector will automatically append .myshopify.com)

Step 12 - Initialize the Integration

Once all fields are correctly filled in:

• Click Initialize

This completes the connection between Judge.me and Nector.

A confirmation message will appear upon successful integration.

Step 13 - Configure Review Rewards

Now that the platforms are connected:

• Set up your review reward rules within Nector

Once configured, customers will automatically be rewarded for each eligible Judge.me review they submit.
