Nector and Interakt Integration
**Interkt Platform Integration with Nector Dashboard **
This document explains how to integrate the Interact platform with the Nector dashboard so that loyalty-related communications, referrals, and review events are sent to Interact. Once integrated, you can use Interact to engage customers via WhatsApp and email using event-based journeys.
Step 1: Open the Integration Section in Nector
Navigate to the Integration tab in your Nector dashboard.

Within the Integration section, click on WhatsApp Marketing to access the Interact configuration options.

After selecting WhatsApp Marketing, go to the Interact tab that appears on the dashboard.
Click Configure to open the Interact integration setup screen.
Step 2: Configure Common Property and API Key in Nector
On the configuration screen, locate the Choose Common Property field.

Select Mobile Number as the common property, as this is the key identifier used by Interact.

Next, locate the Private API Key field.

This Private API Key must be obtained from your Interact dashboard.
Step 3: Retrieve the Secret Key from Interact
Open your Interact dashboard.
From the top-right corner, navigate to Settings.

Within Settings, click on Developer Settings.

In Developer Settings, locate your Secret Key.

Copy this secret key.
Return to the Nector dashboard and paste the copied secret key into the Private API Key field.

Click Initialize to activate the integration between Nector and Interact.
Step 4: Create an Event in Nector to Send to Interact
Once the integration is initialized, create the events you want Nector to send to Interact.

Click on Create Event in Nector.


For testing, select Wallet Point Rewarded as the event type to verify that events are being pushed to Interact.

After configuring the event, click Create.
This event will now start sending from Nector to the Interact platform.
Step 5: Create a Journey in Interact Using the Event
Go back to the Interact dashboard to set up a journey that uses the event sent from Nector.
Create a new journey or campaign and confirm that the test event trigger is available.

Navigate to Campaigns in Interact.

Click to Create a New Campaign from scratch.


Name the campaign (for example, Test) and set it as an Ongoing Campaign.

Select any template for testing purposes.



Once the template and campaign information are configured, proceed to define the trigger.

Choose the trigger type After customer does an event, then click Choose Event.

You should now see the Wallet Reward Create Event available on the platform.


Use this event as the trigger in your campaign journey. From here, you can design different WhatsApp and email journeys as per your brand’s requirements, completing the integration flow between Nector and Interact.
