Managing Customer Reviews
Step 1
In the navigation bar, click on "Customer Data."
Step 2
In the "Customer Data" section, select "Reviews."
Step 3
In the "Reviews" section, you can see the reviews of all 3 days or All Reviews given by customers till date.
Step 4
Turn "On" the visibility toggle to make the review visibible on your website. You can also turn "On" the verified toggle to add a verified tag on the review.
Step 5
In the seach bar, you can filter the reviews by different filter options.
Step 6
You can see all the filter options here.
Step 7
Enter the details and click on "seach" icon to filter the reviews. You can also add a new review by click on the "+" icon.
Step 8
Enter the details in the pop up seach as reference product id, rating, customer name, email, etc.
Step 9
You can also upload the images and videos here. Once done, click on the "Create" button to add the review.
Step 10
In the navigation bar, click the three-dot menu for more options.
Step 11
Click the arrow icon to check the review details.
Step 12
In the product review, you can check the details of the review like review ratings and coins awarded.
Step 13
You can also see the details like customer name, product name, review text and also check the product on website/nector.
Step 14
You can manage the visibility and verification of the review from here as well.
Step 15
To show the review in the featured review section on your home page, then turn "On" this toggle.
Step 16
Here, you can edit the review and also add a reply to the customer review. Once done, click on the "Save" button to save the changes.
Step 17
In the Images & Videos section, click "Upload Images" to add images to the review.
