Step 1

Let's see how to add Loyalty and Referral FAQs. Go to "On-Site Displays" on the left side.

Step 2

In the On-Site Displays section, select "FAQs" from the menu.

Step 3

Click on the "Configure" button under Loyalty & Referral FAQs.

Step 4

In the popup modal, click on "Configure" to proceed.

Step 5

Select the "Loyalty FAQs" tab to view and edit settings.

Step 6

Click the "Generate" button in the FAQs section.

Based on your loyalty configurations, it will auto generate all the relevant FAQs related to your loyalty program.

Step 7

In the modal, confirm by clicking "Generate" again.

Step 8

If you want to add more FAQs, click on "+ Add Item" to add a new FAQ entry.

Step 9

Click the "Save" button to save your changes.

Step 10

In the FAQs section, click on "Referral FAQs."

Step 11

Click the "Generate" button to automatically create referral FAQs.

Step 12

In the popup modal, click "Generate" to confirm auto-generating referral FAQs.

Step 13

Click on "+ Add Item" to include a new FAQ entry.

Step 14

Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the form.
