How To Update QnAs Visibility In Bulk

Step 1

In the navigation bar, click on "Customer Data."

Step 2

In the "Customer Data" section, select "Import & Bulk Update."

Step 3

Click on "Bulk Update" under the "Bulk Update QnAs Visibility" section.

Step 4

In the modal, toggle the "Visibility" switch to "On."

Step 5

In the modal, click on the "Product" dropdown to select a product.

Step 6

In the modal, select "Batman Tshirt" from the product list.

Step 7

In the modal, click on the "Select date" field under "Q&As Posted After."

Step 8

In the modal, choose June 1st, 2025, from the calendar.

Step 9

In the modal, click on the "Select date" field under "Q&As Posted Before."

Step 10

In the calendar popup, select the date "June 12, 2025."

Step 11

In the modal, click the "Send OTP" button.
