Step 1

In the navigation bar, click on "Customer Data."

In the navigation bar, select "Import & Bulk Update."

Step 3

In the "Import & Bulk Update" section, click on "Import" under "Import QnAs."

Step 4

In the modal, select "Nector" as the Q&As provider to import from.

Step 5

In the dropdown menu, choose "Nector" again to confirm the selection.

Step 6

In the modal, click on the "Product" dropdown to select a product.

Step 7

In the dropdown list, select "Batman Tshirt" from the options.

Step 8

Click on "Download Sample CSV File" to download the template.

Step 9

In the modal, click the "Upload File" button to proceed with importing Q&As.

Step 10

Review the data in the modal to ensure accuracy before proceeding with the import.

Step 11

Click the "Send OTP" button in the modal to continue with the import process.
