How to Import Points

Step 1

In the navigation bar, click on "Customer Data."

Step 2

In the sidebar, select "Import & Bulk Update."

Step 3

Click the "Import" button under "Import Coins."

Step 4

In the modal, choose "Smile" from the "Select Format" dropdown.

Step 5

In the modal, select "Nector" from the dropdown menu under Select Format.

Step 6

Enter "summer thrift" in the Reason for adjustment field in the modal.

Step 7

Click on "Download Sample CSV File" in the modal to download the template.

Step 8

Press the "Upload File" button in the modal to proceed with uploading.

Step 9

In the modal, click the "Send OTP" button to proceed with the import process.
