How To Generate QnAs In Bulk

Step 1

In the navigation bar, click on "Customer Data."

Step 2

In the "Customer Data" section, select "Import & Bulk Update."

Step 3

Click on "Generate" under the "Generate QnAs" section.

Step 4

In the modal, select a product from the dropdown menu.

Step 5

In the modal, select "Batman Tshirt" from the product dropdown list.

Step 6

Click the "Generate Q&As" button in the modal.

Step 7

In the modal, click "Regenerate Q&As" to review and edit the generated Q&As.

Step 8

Click "Create Q&As" in the modal to finalize the process.

Step 9

In the modal, a message confirms that Q&As have been generated successfully.
