How To Export Reviews

Step 1

In the navigation bar, click on "Customer Data."

Step 2

In the navigation bar, select "Export Data."

Step 3

In the Export Data section, click on "Export" under "Export Reviews."

Step 4

In the modal, choose "CSV File" as the export format.

Step 5

In the modal, click on the "Product" dropdown to select a product.(Optional)

Step 6

In the modal, select a product from the product dropdown list for which you wish to export the review. Keep it unselected if you want to download all the reviews.

Step 7

In the modal, check the box for "Reviews which are visible to customers." (Optional)

Step 8

In the modal, check the box for "Verified Reviews."(Optional)

Step 9

In the modal, check the box for "Reviews which are visible to customers."

Step 10

In the modal, click the "Send OTP" button.
