Step 1

In the navigation bar, click on "Customer Data."

In the sidebar, select "Export Data."

In the Export Data section, click on "Export" under "Export VIP Tiers History."

Step 4

In the modal, click on the "Start date" field to select a date.

Step 5

In the calendar, choose June 1, 2025, as the start date.

Step 6

In the modal, select the start date from the calendar as June 1, 2025.

Step 7

In the modal, choose the end date from the calendar as June 19, 2025.

Step 8

In the modal, click on the dropdown to select the tier for customers.

Step 9

In the modal, click on the "Select Tier" dropdown menu.

Step 10

In the modal, click on the "Select wallet transaction operation" dropdown menu.

Step 11

In the modal, choose "Down" from the dropdown menu.

Step 12

In the modal, click the "Send OTP" button.
