Export Gift Cards History

Step 1

In the navigation bar, click on "Customer Data."

Step 2

In the navigation bar, select "Export Data."

Step 3

In the Export Data section, click on "Export" under Export Giftcards History.

Step 4

In the modal, click on the "Start date" field.

Step 5

In the calendar, select June 1, 2025.

Step 6

In the modal, select the start date from the calendar.

Step 7

In the modal, choose the end date from the calendar.

Step 8

In the modal, click to select the gift card source from the dropdown menu.

Step 9

In the modal, select "Shopify" from the Reference Giftcard Source dropdown menu.

Step 10

In the modal, click the checkbox labeled "Export only redeemed giftcards."

Step 11

In the modal, ensure the checkbox for "Export only redeemed giftcards" is checked.

Step 12

In the modal, click the "Send OTP" button to proceed with exporting gift cards.
