Customizing Floating Loyalty & Referral Launcher and Panel

Step 1

In the navigation bar, click on "On-Site Displays."

In the sidebar, select "Launchers."

Step 3

Click on "Configure" under the Floating Loyalty & Referral Launcher.

In the popup modal, click on "Configure."

Step 5

In the "Desktop" section, you can configure the desktop settings for the reward widget such as visibility, animation, widget type, positions, text and offset.

Select the "Floating" option under Widget Type in the form.

Step 7

Choose "Bottom Left (Recommended)" under Position in the form.

Next is the "Mobile" tab. Here, you can configure the reward widget settings for mobile view.

Here, you can configure the visibility, widget type, position and offset of the widget for the mobile view.

Offset: Its the disctance/gap between the reward widget and the edge of the screen. Higher the offset value, higher will be the gap between the widget and edge of the screen.For the widget type, you can preview the widget style on the right hand side preview section. Just select the type, click on save button and you can preview the widget style on the right hand side for both desktop and mobile.

For the widget position, we recommend you to choose either bottom left or bottom right.

Next is "Custom Widget Icon" tab.

In this section, you can add an icon on the widget. You can either paste the link or select the image from your device.

Last is "Settings" tab.

Here, you can restrict the visibility of the reward widget on certain pages.

For example, if you want to hide the widget from the product pages, then enter "/products/*"

Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the form.

How to Customize the reward widget panel. First, go to "On-Site Display" section on the left hand side.

In the navigation bar, click on "Panel" section.

Click on "Configure" for the Floating Loyalty & Referral Panel.

In the modal, click on "Configure" to proceed with the setup.

The first is the "Banner" tab. Here, you can add a banner for your reward widget.

You can simply add the link of the image or choose the image from your device.

Next is the "Loyalty Section Text" tab in the panel.

Here, you can change various texts shown in the reward widget. You can change the text for Tier program name, ways to earn title, ways to redeem title, etc.
