Configuring Real-Time Events for Cross-Platform Marketing
Step 1
In the navigation bar, click on "Communication."
Step 2
In the Notifications section, click the plus icon to create a new notification.

In the modal, select "Send An Event To Integrated Tool."
Step 4
In the modal, click on the dropdown to select a nectar event.
Step 5
Choose "Customer Signs Up" from the dropdown list.
Step 6
In the modal, click the dropdown under "Send data to" to select an integration.
Step 7
Choose "Shopify Metafield (Active)" from the dropdown list.
Step 8
Click the "Create" button in the modal to proceed.
Step 9
In the notifications table, view the stats under the "Stats" column.
Step 10
Enter a prefix in the "Nector event prefix" field on the "Send Event" page.
Step 11
Click on "Send Test Event" at the bottom of the page.
Step 12
In the modal, click the dropdown under "Search Customer Via."
Step 13
Select "Email" from the dropdown options.
Step 14
Enter the email ID in the provided field in the modal.
Step 15
In the modal, click the "Send Test Event" button.
Step 16
On the main page, click "View History of Events Sent in last 31 days."
Step 17
In the navigation bar, click the "Back" button.
Step 18
On the main page, click the "Delete" button.
Step 19
In the modal, click the "Confirm" button to delete the event for 'Customer Signs Up'.
