Let's see how to setup "Birthday Rewards" in ways to earn as shown below.

Go to your Nector dashboard and then select "Features" to explore available options.

Under "Features," click on "Advanced Rewards" to access more settings.

In the "Advanced Rewards" section, click "Configure" for the Birthday Program.

Step 5

Toggle the "Status" switch to enable or disable Birthday Rewards.

Step 6

In the Birthday Rewards section, click on "Earning Rules."

Step 7

In the Earning Rules section, click on "Create Earning Rule."

In the popup, select "Birthday Reward."

Step 9

In the Create a Reward popup, select one of the type of rewards. We recommend to select "Coin Reward."

Enter the number of coins to reward in the input field.

In the modal, click the "Create" button to finalize the wallet coins reward.

In the navigation bar, click "Back" to return to the previous page.

In the rewards settings, select when should the birthday reward be given to the customer.

In the dropdown menu, choose one of the options for the reward timing.

Click the "Save" button in the Reward Settings section of the Birthday Rewards page.

Let's see some other customization options for Birthday Rewards. First, go to "Programs" section.

Select "Earning Rules" from the sidebar under Programs.

Click on "Birthday Reward" in the Reward Details column.

Here, you can edit the coins to reward for birthday. title and description.

Reward Title & description: The details entered here will be shown in the customer's wallet history.

In the navigation bar, click on "Advanced Settings."

In the dropdown menu, select the frequency of reward. Click on "Once a year" to confirm the selection.

Click the "Save" button to apply the changes.
